Start your meal with the first course of Fish Platter, which includes salmon, sturgeon and eel, followed by the second dish of salmon caviar with blini. Salmon caviar is served with blini, a kind of small pancakes, and served with caviar and sour cream. It precedes meat and stuffed mushrooms.

Further, a platter of traditional Russian dishes, called Travel Course in Russia. It includes beef pelmeni, mushroom vareniki, pirozhok with meat, pirozhok with cabbage. To refresh your taste before the main meal, we offer a sorbet drizzled with vodka, garnished with mint leaves.
The fifth dish of the main meal comes right after. You can choose from four hot dishes, such as Porto-style elk medallions, grilled lamb chops with Madeira porcini mushrooms, Beef Stroganoff or Homemade seafood noodles.
